With the PBR World Finals rapidly approaching, let's take a look at the current top-five riders in the world standings.

The current top 10 consists of six American and four Brazilian riders. Sao Paulo rider Kaique Pacheco leads the tough field of competitors in the No. 1 position in the world standings, while American Shane Proctor sits in 10th. However, with two events left until the World Finals, the standings are certainly subject to change!

The final two events of the Built Ford Tough Series include the San Jose Invitational in San Jose, California, on October 15-16 and the Cooper Tires Take the Money and Ride in Tucson, Arizona, on October 22-23. The PBR World Finals are November 2-6 in Las Vegas.

PBR Point System: Points are awarded to bull riders who score and ride at the highest level both within individual events and also throughout the season. All points earned by the riders count toward the PBR World Standings, regardless of where they compete. They can compete throughout the world and the points they earn will count towards the PBR World Standings. The Built Ford Tough Series offers the most points to riders, next is the BlueDEF Velocity Tour and major international events, followed by the Touring Pro Division and second-level international events.
