ProRodeo Hall of Fame Exhibit Opens in Lake Charles, La., Next Month

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The ProRodeo Hall of Fame is proud to be partnering with the Burton Coliseum Complex and the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury in Lake Charles, Louisiana, for an exhibition of rodeo memorabilia and artwork on Jan. 24-Feb. 4.

The exhibit will run in conjunction with the annual Southwest District Livestock Show and Rodeo taking place February 2-4, 2017. Items on display will feature two- and three-dimensional objects from the Hall of Fame's collections, showcasing clothing, spurs, posters, trophies, and photographs.

An opening reception for the display will be held Jan. 24, 2017 at 6 PM, on the second floor of Burton Coliseum's west side. The exhibit will be open to the public during rodeo performances. A rodeo admission ticket will be required and will only be valid for the date and performance indicated on the ticket.
