The Covelli Center in Youngstown, Ohio, will play host to the PBR's Velocity Tour, Jan. 25-26, 2019. The Youngstown Invitational allows the association's tier two competitors a chance to earn cash, points towards the world standings and a chance to move up to compete in the PBR Unleash The Beast Tour.
