The PBR Velocity Tour is taking over Worcester, Massachusetts, for the Worcester Rumble Feb. 23, 2019. The tier two PBR bull riders will descend upon the DCU Center for one night as they compete for the Pendleton Whiskey Velocity Tour event title.
