'There's No Secret, You Gotta Catch One' - Cory Kidd, Medicine Hat Stampede

Team ropers Cory Kidd and Caleb Anderson hadn’t been having much luck the last few weeks, but they turned it around at the Medicine Hat Exhibition and Stampede with their 5.8-second run to win the Finning Pro Tour rodeo. This is a talented pair of ropers that also has a shot to make the WNFR as well as the CFR; Kidd sits within the top 20 in the PRCA World Standings after the weekend and Anderson has an outside chance if he can really hustle to improve his placing. 

When you haven't been doing well, it's easy to let your head continue to keep you down. Some ropers say you have to have a "short memory" when you miss a steer, but Kidd begs to differ.
