When Chase Outlaw hit the dirt at the PBR Unleash The Beast's Ak Chin Invitational in Glendale, Arizona, the clock said he was just shy of the eight-second mark. With just thousandths of a second between him not getting a score and him placing in the round, that was a wager he was willing to take.
