'I Was Just Waiting On Him To Retire To Come Up Here' - Sage Kimzey

"I was just waiting on him to retire to come up here," the five-time world champion Sage Kimzey joked of the winningest Canadian bull rider of all-time, Scott Schiffner. Schiffner retired at the end of 2018 after an extremely successful 20-year bull riding career. 

Kimzey has now set his sights on the 2019 Canadian Finals Rodeo qualification and is doing it in the only fashion he knows how - with a vengeance. Kimzey has taken the "W" at a few events in Canada before this weekend, but his biggest so since declaring his Canadian run came this past weekend at the Wainwright Stampede.
