As the results came in after night No. 4, Nolin was named the aggregate champion, then came out of the semifinals on night five as the No. 1 man, and went on to win the Tommy Dorchester $50,000-heat on the final night of competition.

Four rounds, 36 drivers, nine heats a night all end in an exciting top eight semi-finals before the top four move on to compete in the famous $50,000 Tommy Dorchester winner-take-all heat where the champion of the Ponoka Stampede will be crowned.
